Job summary

Bupa Oak Lodge Night Nurse position in Bitterne/Southampton requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin. You will lead the night shift, monitor residents, administer medications and coach a care team to maintain high clinical standards.

This full-time role offers a £1,000 welcome bonus, 4x12 hour nights, and a comprehensive benefits package including gym membership and health programmes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing.

  • Assess, develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
  • Monitor areas for safety and compliance with standards and policies.
  • Administer and order medications; support handovers to the team.
