Care Concern Group's Sandmere Care Home in Margate, Kent, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to deliver high-quality, clinically led care on shifts, maintain safety and person-centred practice, and lead the care team.
You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication, monitor health, and document carefully. We offer paid breaks, DBS, pension, uniform, and 5.6 weeks' annual leave, with funded development and clear progression opportunities.
A purpose-built care home located in the heart of the Margate community in Kent. Our 68-bed luxury service provides exceptional levels of Residential Care, Nursing Care, Dementia Care, and Respite Care.

As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.
You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.
Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.
