Salary: £17.56 to £20.51 per hour, dependent on experience

Hours: 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour shifts), Days

Your responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met
  • Coaching and guiding team members, providing teaching programs for colleagues and care professionals
  • Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans
  • Monitoring work areas and practices for safety and compliance with standards, policies, and legislation
Key Skills / Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties
  • Experience in maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring policy compliance
  • Ability to provide clinical guidance and assist with CQC tasks
  • Ability to build connections with residents and their families, providing kindness, support, and care
