About The Role

You will work at the forefront of our services, visiting patients in their homes, workplaces, or schools to deliver medical treatments such as IV infusions, home parenteral nutrition, and intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, while also training patients to administer their own medication. Our focus is on clinical excellence and first-class nursing. We provide all the support and flexibility needed to spend quality time with your patients and deliver high-quality 1-2-1 care.

About You
You will be an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN, demonstrating high levels of care and empathy to help patients regain independence. You should be well-organized, comfortable managing your own workload, and possess basic IT skills. A full UK driving license is essential as extensive travel between patients is required.
