Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized care plans with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure accurate, legal, and clear care documentation.
• Lead shift operations and guide your team.
• Manage shift handovers for continuity of care.
• Perform health observations and manage specific health needs.
• Administer medications following protocols.
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Support independence and daily activities of residents.
• Respond to feedback to prioritize resident well-being.
• Uphold residents' dignity and advocate for their needs.
• Facilitate social activities to enrich residents' lives.
• Maintain safety and respond swiftly to emergencies.
• Support nutrition and hydration needs.

About You:

• Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN.
• Care experience is a plus, but passion and dedication are essential.
• Ability to connect warmly and effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills with clarity, empathy, and respect.
