Job summary

Hyllden Heights on Tonbridge Road in Hildenborough is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our night team. You will provide compassionate, person-centred nursing care, perform ongoing assessments, and support residents and families with dedicated, high‑quality care.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to care planning, and work closely with the team to maintain excellent standards and resident wellbeing. We welcome diverse experience and encourage leadership development.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with current NMC pin.
• Experience in a nursing role within healthcare is advantageous.
• Ability to build relationships with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred nursing care to residents during night shifts.
• Assess, monitor, and update care plans as needs change.
• Mentor junior staff and promote best practice through guidance.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of care.

Pay: £25.38 per hour
