Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in High Wycombe.   • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
  • Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS on Update Service
  • Mandatory Training Certificates
  • Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
  • Previous hospital or clinical setting experience is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses
  • A commitment to providing compassionate patient care with a focus on quality outcomes
  • Knowledge of current healthcare practices and regulations is advantageous
