Job summary

Care Concern Group is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) for Floryn House Care Home in the UK. The role offers £26.15 per hour, contracted 24-48 hours per week, with DBS paid, a pension, and provided uniform. 5.6 weeks annual leave is based on a full-time contract.

You will deliver high-quality, clinically led care, assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications and lead shifts while ensuring safety and person-centred practice. Alternate weekends work pattern applies.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead shifts and support a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, but nurses from various backgrounds are welcome.

Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.

Role Overview

As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.

Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.

The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.

What We Are Looking For
