Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to Residents in a care home setting.
  • Make complex clinical decisions within a nurse-led environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues; act as a practice supervisor and assessor to students where applicable.
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication; model professional behaviours.
  • Advocate for Residents and support families in care decisions.
  • Recognise safeguarding concerns and participate in safeguarding training; escalate concerns as required.
  • Support digital care planning initiatives and adapt to evolving technology with appropriate training.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of experience in Health or Social Care.
  • Valid NMC PIN; committed to professional standards.
  • Passion for mentoring colleagues and contributing as a supervisor/assessor to students.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and professional behaviours.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and the ability to respond appropriately to concerns.
  • Right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor or accept time-limited visas).
