Support Recruitment Agency Limited is recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to work within care homes and nursing services in London. You will assess residents' needs, deliver nursing care, administer medications when required, and maintain accurate records, responding to health changes as they occur.

Responsibilities

We are looking for compassionate, professional and reliable nurses who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care and promoting the dignity, independence and wellbeing of residents.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, delivering nursing care, administering medication where required, maintaining accurate records and responding appropriately to changes in residents' health.
