REGISTERED NURSE
Malvern / Nights / £23 ph / 36 or 48 Hours per week

My client is a well-respected and award-winning healthcare group who provide luxury Residential, Nursing and Complex Dementia care in their 9 Care Homes across the West Midlands. This brand-new luxury care home is purpose built and due to open in the next few weeks, it comes with 60 beds and offers state of the art facilities in a beautiful environment. Duties for the Registered Nurse include:

1. Deliver the highest standards of care to all residents.
2. Promote a high level of individualised care.
3. Ensure that all medication and nursing needs are delivered effectively.
4. Support the home manager with the running of the home ensuring all statutory and regulatory standards are maintained.
5. Supervise and support others in the team including the care team.

Requirements for the Registered Nurse include:

1. RGN qualified with Valid Pin.
2. Ability to manage a small team.
3. Experience of working in a care home.
