Lakelands Lodge Care Home in Fleetwood is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN to deliver high quality, clinically led care. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medications and lead shifts while supporting a caring team.

This role emphasizes dignity, independence and wellbeing for residents, with progression into Senior roles within a professional setting. Shifts available are Sundays and Mondays.

Qualifications

Set in the historic Victorian town of Fleetwood, Lakelands Lodge is a modern, purpose-built home offering residential, nursing, and dementia care for up to 78 residents. With stunning views over a tranquil boating lake and the Irish Sea, our location provides an inspiring backdrop for the work we do every day.

Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Contract

• £23.00 per hour
• Contracted to 12.25 hours per week
• Paid DBS, NMC, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.

Role Overview

As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times. Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised. The shifts available are Sunday and Monday.

What We Are Looking For
