Job summary

Cornwall Hospice Care Limited in Cornwall is seeking a qualified nurse to join our team. Under supervision, you will assess, develop, implement and evaluate patient care programmes, ensuring standards are met and contributing to clinical audits.

The post requires internal rotation including nights, weekends and bank holidays; palliative care experience is an advantage. The full-time position offers a salary of £38,220 per annum and a 37.5-hour week, with a generous benefits package.

Job description

Under the supervision of the Senior Staff Nurse and Ward Sister, the Post Holder is responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of patient care.

To maintain agreed standards of care and to take an active part in the planning and implementation of clinical audits in order to improve nursing practice.

You will be required to work on internal rotation to include nights, weekends and bank holidays. Palliative care experience would be an advantage.

Full time - salary is £38,220.00 per annum
