Situated in the heart of Swindon, Ridgeway Rise is a purpose-built care home providing Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 73 residents. We are proud to offer an environment where residents thrive and staff are truly valued.
We are now recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team on a temporary contract for maternity cover. This is a full-time role with the potential for reduced permanent hours once the contract ends. Whether you are an experienced nurse or newly qualified, this is a rewarding opportunity to deliver outstanding care in a supportive and person-centred setting.
What We Offer
What You Will Do As a Registered Nurse, you will lead by example on shift, supporting your care team while delivering safe, person-centred clinical care. You will develop and review care plans, administer medication, and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing with diligence and compassion.
