We champion inclusivity and are enhancing the way we support residents through digital care planning. This technology helps streamline care, improve outcomes, and make daily tasks more efficient. We support personal and professional development with clear career pathways, continuous professional development, and postgraduate programmes.
We are looking for kind, compassionate nurses to join our committed care home teams. In return, we offer competitive, experience-based pay and an attractive package of rewarding benefits.
About You: As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will mentor and share knowledge with colleagues and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students. All colleagues attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training as needed.
We are committed to providing you with a quick and clear process from offer to first day, with ongoing development opportunities including digital skills, career progression, and postgraduate programmes.
