Job summary

Oakland Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Tonbridge area team at Hyllden Heights. You will provide high-quality nursing care and lead with a person-centred approach to improve residents’ wellbeing and outcomes.

You’ll mentor colleagues, carry out ongoing assessments, and develop care plans that reflect residents’ changing needs, while upholding high compliance standards and supporting continuous improvement.

Hours: 32 hours per week

Pay: £25.38 per hour

Contract: Permanent - PART-TIME
