An exciting opportunity has arisen for registered nurses, to develop their practice and experience and join the multidisciplinary team within Oncology.

We are seeking individuals to provide Quality Nursing Care to patients undergoing various Cancer treatments and Supportive Care. You will be working within Ward 32, Systemic Anticancer Therapy (SACT) Unit, Acute Oncology Service and Oncology Support Team on a rotational basis.

The role will involve effective teamwork and communication with a wide spectrum of multidisciplinary teams. You should be committed to providing high standards of care in an acute setting and be able to effectively prioritise care. The post provides the opportunity to influence and develop practice within the oncology environment.

You will be required to be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register. You will have previous post registration experience/oncology or palliative care would be desirable but not essential. You will have completed the Flying Start Programme and you must be willing to undertake further study.

Hours of work – 29.36 hours (day and night rotation)
