NHS Scotland is seeking a registered nurse to join the Critical Care Services in NHS Tayside. The role spans Ninewells Hospital ICU and Perth Royal Infirmary HDU/CCU with rotational duties and occasional deployment between sites to deliver high‑quality level 2 and 3 care.
You must be on UK NMC Part 1 or Part 2, band 5 or above, have completed the Flying Start Programme, and be willing to undertake further study. Hours: 36 per week with day/night rotation.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse, who are keen to develop their practice and experience and join the multidisciplinary teams within Critical Care Services in NHS Tayside. Critical Care Services is made up of the following four units within the Directorate of Surgery.
The role of these services is to work as a single system to enable the effective delivery of high quality patient services for level 2 and level 3 in-patients across Tayside. Our services are situated on two sites, approximately 25 miles apart.
You will have a primary base at a unit at Ninewells Hospital, Intensive Care Unit. Rotational work patterns between the two sites and the four units will be part of the role, in addition to emergency deployment between the sites, depending on clinical need.
You will be required to be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register. Previous experience at band 5 level or above essential. You will have completed the Flying Start Programme, and you must be willing to undertake further study.
