Healthcare Ireland Group's Longfield Care Home in Eglinton, near Derry, is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead patient-centred care across two units. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans, supervise staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care for residents.

Located on the outskirts of the village of Eglinton and just ten miles from the city of Derry, Longfield Care Home offers a welcoming environment with specialised care for residents across two units. We support 35 General Nursing residents in the Foyle and Faughan Units, alongside 11 Residential Dementia residents in the Moore Suite.

The role of a Registered Nurse in our services is a key position in our mission to provide excellent and inclusive care. The Registered Nurse is a leadership role, playing a vital part in managing the care of our residents and providing high-quality and person-centred care. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
