Ty Llandaff Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN in Cardiff. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medication and monitor health while leading shifts and supporting a skilled team.

The role offers a professional, well-led environment with progression into senior and management roles, ample annual leave and paid DBS/NMC/pension. Alternate weekends are required.

Our luxury care home in Portcanna, Cardiff, offers exceptional Nursing and Residential care for 69-residents, providing a refined and comfortable environment where personalized care and elegant living come together.

Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Contract

• £22.71 per hour
• Contracted to 48 hours per week
• Paid DBS, NMC, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.

Role Overview

As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.

Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.

The successful candidate will be requited to work alternate weekends.
