Job summary

Hamberley Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a part-time role at Nesbit House in Sevenoaks. You will lead resident care, liaise with GPs, and provide holistic, person-centred support in a luxury home environment.

You’ll join a high-quality, multidisciplinary team focused on delivering exceptional care and building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• NMC registration (RGN or RMN) required.
• Demonstrable experience post registration in a similar setting.
• Preferably experience in care home or elderly setting.
• Commitment to delivering high quality care.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Passion and empathy with a desire to make a difference to residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for residents and liaise with GPs and other providers.
• Spend time with residents and families to understand needs and provide holistic care.
• Develop and maintain strong, caring relationships within a multidisciplinary team.
