Job summary

Aurem Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred clinical care to our residents and support their meaningful lives within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

You will manage medications in line with NMC requirements, uphold safeguarding policies, and maintain accurate resident records using Nourish. Commitment to compassionate care and flexible shift coverage are valued in this role.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.,

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and support to our residents.
• Ensure the ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety of residents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
• Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and company procedures.
• Understand and follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures, reporting concerns appropriately.
• Accurately maintain resident records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
