Job description

To support senior and to supervise junior staff in the provision of competent, sensitive and safe nursing care within the Community team and ICT care bedded units.

Take responsibility for running of the department during a shift in the absence of more senior staff.

Take responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for a group of patients.
