Job summary

Inspire Neurocare Limited in Basingstoke is seeking Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) to join our team at a luxury elderly care home. You will have time to deliver holistic care and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.

You will support the Home Manager, adhere to infection control, and work in line with CQC standards. We offer competitive pay, 28 days holiday, a generous bonus scheme, pension, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
• Demonstrable experience post registration in a similar setting
• Preference for care home/elderly setting experience
• Commitment to delivering high quality care
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Passion and empathy to make a difference to residents' lives

Responsibilities

• Look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents.
• Support the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld.
• Ensure residents have access to key medical, social and care workers as required.
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the company.
• Work in line with CQC guidelines, the NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the company at all times.
• Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times.
