Job summary

Kings Park Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a 22-hour-per-week contract. You will lead shifts, develop care plans and administer medications while upholding high standards of person-centred care for residents. About Kings Park Care Home

Our 40 bedded home provides nursing dementia and residential dementia care. Located in Hurst Cross, Kings Park is a welcoming home with a strong community feel and a supportive team who take pride in creating a positive environment for both residents and colleagues. Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Contract

• Contracted to 22 hours per week
• Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.

Role Overview

As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice.

You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times.

Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.

What We Are Looking For
