Job summary

Westerton Care Home is seeking Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN to join our team. The role offers shifts with 22–44 hours per week at £20.55 per hour, with clear progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management positions in a supportive, professional setting.

We provide paid PVG, paid NMC, pension, uniform, 5.6 weeks holiday (full-time), ongoing training and funded development to help you grow within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN required.
• Experience in care home beneficial.
• Willing to lead shifts and guide a team.

Role Overview

Our modern care home provides the highest quality of Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 106-residents. Registered Nurse RGN or RMN Contract £20.55 per hour Contracted to 22 - 44 hours per week

with clear and supported progression into Senior, Clinical Lead and Management roles, within a well led, professional environment where your skills are recognised and developed.

What We Are Looking For

• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment.
