As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
• Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, understanding regulatory frameworks
• Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records, incorporating modern technology
• Overseeing all aspects of medicine management in accordance with company policies and legislation
• Making timely decisions
• Utilising clinical skills to guide and support team members
• Supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code

To succeed, you will be:

• A Registered Nurse capable of leading a care team
