Essential Criteria:

1. Registered Midwife
2. Degree in midwifery or equivalent
3. Excellent communication skills both written and oral
4. 2 satisfactory, professional references
5. Registered Nurse with Current NMC Registration
6. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
7. A minimum of 6 months experience working within the NHS

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Ability to write clearly and legibly with good listening skills
2. Must demonstrate knowledge of the role and responsibilities of the post and be conversant with nursing aspects of the specialty
3. Must demonstrate an awareness of strengths and weaknesses and areas of development
