Cygnet Alders Clinic in Gloucester is seeking an Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join the team at Cygnet Alders. The role involves general nursing duties within a 20-bed rehabilitation service for women with personality disorders and complex needs.

The candidate will maintain care plans, administer medicines, and work with the team to develop and audit the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with NMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experienced RMN with a current Pin Number.
• Capable to maintain documentation and undertake audits.
• Well informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 and current nursing practices.
• Able to deputise in a clinical lead role.
• Focused on patient recovery to monitor, manage and reduce risk.
• Empower and support service user independence.

Responsabilités

• Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations.
• Work with management to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
• Attend training and CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing under NMC guidelines.
• Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medicines following procedures and guidelines.

We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Alders.

Cygnet Alders Clinic is a 20 bed rehabilitation service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs.

Your Day-to-Day…

• 42 hours per week
• Salary: £24.11 per hour
• Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations
• Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality
• Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing Under NMC guidelines.
• Ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.

You are…

• Open, compassionate, honest & resilient Experienced RMN with a current Pin Number
• Capable to maintain documentation and undertake audits
• Well informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & have an understanding of latest nursing practices
• Able to deputise in a clinical lead role
• Focused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce risk
• Helping to empower & support service user independence.
