Registered Mental Health Nurse RMN required for Female Service

Sirona Medical is seeking an experienced RMN to work in a female mental health service based in Leicester.

The client operates a secure 33-bed service for women aged 18 to 65 with diagnoses of Personality Disorder and/or Serious and Enduring Mental Illness.

The facility includes:

• 16 locked rehab beds
• 6 locked rehab step-down beds
• 9 semi-independent flats

Patient profiles typically include:

• Female, aged 18+
• Personality Disorder
• Complex mental health needs
• Challenging behaviour
• Significant comorbidity
• Historic substance misuse
• Traumatic histories
• Previous management problems
• Contact with criminal justice system

The role requires working on a 24/7 roster system.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Up-to-date clinical experience in mental health
• Current NMC registration
• Ability to contribute positively to the team and provide safe, effective, personalized care

Pay rate: £15 - £18 per hour, depending on experience.
