Make a Difference in Mental Health Care - RMN Positions Available! Clinical Nurse Specialist (RMN) - Lancashire -37.5 hours Monday – Friday (plus on call) - Based in Stockport

Are you a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for a dynamic and rewarding career? We are a leading NHS Framework & Private sector supply agency searching for compassionate and qualified RMNs to join our team! Pertemps Medical Professionals are currently recruiting for RMN's for our prestigious private client based in Stockport and the surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

The post holder will be responsible for assessing, developing, outlining and implementing specialist interventions to young people, both within residential provision and independence packages of care within the community. The young people within the service will have often transitioned from long term hospital admissions or secure care provisions, as well as having been placed as an alternative to a hospital.

Hybrid Working – Applicant will be responsible for two sites in Lancashire and will travel to said sites once per week as a minimum (each). Applicants must be available and prepared to be on-site during working hours as required by the organisation, with flexible homeworking around these times. We are unable to guarantee what days/times an applicant will be working from home and diaries are managed autonomously by individual practitioners based on service need.

The post holder will be expected to work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary core team in risk management and case formulation for cases of concern referred to the service.

The role requires the ability to work collaboratively, efficiently and effectively with mental health services, whilst maintaining the need to work safely and sensitively with service users present with a full range of clinical needs and risk behaviours, and the ability to engage with, and respond to, highly complex clinical, professional and ethical challenges and demands on clinicians and services.
