Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are currently recruiting registered mental health nurses for NHS hospitals and community hospitals across Hull, Yorkshire, and surrounding areas.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working in NHS (Desirable)
• Registered NMC Pin
• DBS on update service (Desirable)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
• Person-centred care approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain nursing documentation to the Trust standard
• Participate in nursing audits under supervision to achieve set standards
• Assist in setting goals and benchmarking standards of care with the team
• Contribute to developing and maintaining a positive ward/department ethos and deliver excellent nursing care
• Apply a holistic approach to nursing care, demonstrating understanding of evidence-based practice
