About You
- You will provide warmth, enthusiasm and compassion when providing support for our patients

- You will be a team player, demonstrating outstanding communication skills and will be able to demonstrate effective teamwork as part of a multi-disciplined team
- You’ll be up to date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative to make effective decisions to improve care quality
- You will be confident in your ability to lead teams and develop support staff to achieve their individual performance outcomes
- Experience of Mentorship and a supervisor qualification would be desirable but are not essential
- You should be flexible in your working patterns to support a team which provides 24 hour support 7 days per week
About Your Experience
- You will need to hold a current NMC Registered Nurse qualification (active PIN number) and ideally have experience of working with service users along a pathway to promote their independence.
- Knowledge of the MHA (1983) would be an advantage. However, updated training will be given.
About Us

As well as working within a great team and within a great culture, you can expect to earn a competitive salary ranging from £17.55 - £21.46 per hour dependent upon experience as well as an annual holiday allowance of 33 days inclusive of bank holidays.
Salary based on post-qualification experience, pro rata depending on actual working hours -
£34,225 per annum (£17.55 per hour) – As a preceptorship nurse
£36,767 per annum (£18.85 per hour) – At the end of your preceptorship or for those with up to 2 years post-preceptorship experience
£41,850 per annum (£21.46 per hour) – For individuals with 2 years or more post-qualification experience
