We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team at our reputable mental health facility near Ramsdale Park Golf Centre. Priory Hospital Arnold is a purpose-built 52 bedded acute mental health hospital with an excellent CQC rating of Good. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week, with a passionate team committed to providing the best patient experience from referral to discharge.

What you will do
- Deliver a high standard of care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.
- Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement.
- Adhere to codes of conduct standards and legislation while promoting ethical practice and respecting others' rights.
- Contribute to patient assessments, develop care plans with individuals and monitor their progress.
- At senior levels, lead shifts, mentor and provide support to student nurses and team members.
To be successful as an RMN, you'll need
- A relevant nursing qualification and registration.
- Excellent team working skills, a high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach - our units operate 24 hours 7 days a week, and our nursing staff work shift patterns including weekends, bank holidays and nights.
