Registered Mental Health Nurse - Priory Group

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our dynamic team at our reputable mental health facility near Ramsdale Park Golf Centre. Priory Hospital Arnold is a purpose-built 52 bedded acute mental health hospital with an excellent CQC rating of Good. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week, with a passionate team committed to providing the best patient experience from referral to discharge.

What you will do

• Deliver a high standard of care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.
• Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement.
• Adhere to codes of conduct standards and legislation while promoting ethical practice and respecting others' rights.
• Contribute to patient assessments, develop care plans with individuals and monitor their progress.
• At senior levels, lead shifts, mentor and provide support to student nurses and team members.

To be successful as an RMN, you'll need
