A leading healthcare provider in Hull is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join their inpatient services for older people. The role involves assessing patient needs, planning care, and delivering holistic interventions in a supportive team environment. Candidates should hold NMC registration and demonstrate experience in clinical practice and mentorship. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join a progressive forward thinking, recovery focused and trauma informed inpatient team across the older people's services inpatient wards.
The team is comprised of medical staff including consultant psychiatrist and junior doctors and trainees, Nursing staff both registered and non-registered, Specialist Occupational Therapist and therapy team including activity coordinators.
As a team we are consistently focused on the provision of quality care which is evidence based and as such actively support staff development through provision of formal and informal training to ensure that our staff are afforded the skills required to effectively and efficiently to support recovery.
The service provides 24-hour care and there is an expectation of working across the shift patterns including weekends and bank holidays.
As a registered nurse, you will be inducted across all areas of the hospital and there will be times where you will work across the wards due to clinical acuity in that area or staffing shortages.
