Responsibilities
- Take the lead in registering the home with Ofsted
- Recruit, build, and inspire your own staff team
- Deliver high-quality, child-centred care in line with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015
- Ensure smooth admissions and transitions for young people
- Build strong relationships with professionals, families, and community services
- Maintain compliance, manage budgets, and ensure robust safeguarding
- Be part of an on-call rota to support service continuity
Qualifications

- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare)
