The Registered Manager oversees the operational management of the service(s), ensuring smooth operations and effective staff management. You will supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of excellent services.

Responsibilities:

1. Service Delivery: Monitor and support person-centered services, ensure health and safety, and maintain regulatory compliance.
2. Staff Supervision: Supervise and support staff through recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
3. Financial Management: Manage budgets and staff deployment effectively.
4. IT and Quality Assurance: Utilize IT systems for staff management, incident reporting, quality assurance, training, and occupancy monitoring.
5. External Collaboration: Work with external agencies to promote the company and increase referrals and placements.
6. Staff Development: Enhance staff skills via inductions and training, and continually improve your own practice.
