Job summary
National Care Group Limited is recruiting a talented Registered Manager for our Wellington Supported Living Services in Northampton. Based from our office and services in Northampton, you will lead the team to deliver person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism and physical disabilities.
You will be an experienced Registered Manager, committed to high quality governance, compliance with CQC requirements, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with learning disabilities and/or mental health or complex behaviours.
- Registered Manager with Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Strong leadership, governance and quality focus.
- Ability to coach and mentor staff across multiple sites.
- Flexible to cover shifts and on-call duties.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee supported living services across Northampton area.
- Ensure health and wellbeing of individuals supported and staff.
- Deliver outstanding quality and governance in line with regulations.
- Coach, mentor and model best practice across teams.
- Maintain training compliance and regular team meetings.
- Develop relationships with families, professionals and regulators.
- Prepare and present reports with accurate information.
