My client is a reputable, award winning care provider looking for an experienced manager to oversee a flagship Supported Living Service for adults with learning disabilities.
Responsibilities
- You will oversee a flagship Supported Living Service for adults with learning disabilities in a modern apartment complex with high-spec individual facilities and communal areas for group activities and events.
- Ensure care quality is absolutely at the forefront of how the service is managed.
- Build and lead a team, mentoring individuals and inspiring staff by creating a culture where ideas are encouraged, effort is recognised and opportunities for personal development and progression are available.
- Manage quality and compliance and maintain a genuinely person-centred care ethos.
- Work autonomously with ownership and decision-making responsibility, while receiving support from a passionate senior management team and regional support.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience of managing quality and compliance within supported living or similar care settings.
- Passion for providing genuinely person-centred care.
- Ability to inspire and develop team members and create a positive, progressive culture.
- Experience working with Learning Disabilities, Autism or Mental Health settings is implied by the role.
