We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Registered Manager to lead the development and delivery of our new Supported Lodgings provision and Supported Accommodation Service, being established in partnership with the National House Project.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership, day-to-day management, and continuous development of both services. You will oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring that young people receive high-quality, person-centred support that promotes positive outcomes and prepares them for independent living. You will also lead on the development and implementation of the service's Statement of Purpose, ensuring that it reflects best practice and the needs of the young people we support.

A key requirement of the role will be to achieve and maintain registration with Ofsted as the Registered Manager for 16-17 Supported Accommodation. You will ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and quality standards, driving a culture of continuous improvement and excellence with the ambition of achieving an Outstanding Ofsted judgement.
