Job Opportunity: General Manager (Registered Manager)

One of the UK’s leading luxury care providers is seeking an experienced General Manager (Registered Manager) to join a premium care home in England’s South West.

The organization is consistently ranked among the Top 20 Care Home Groups in the country for quality and resident experience. Each site is either purpose-built or refurbished to create a contemporary, luxurious environment that caters to residents' needs and preferences, with care practices informed by higher education partners.

The company has ambitious plans to enhance existing homes and expand with new sites, creating exciting opportunities for home management roles at a truly luxurious location.

Locations such as Bristol, Exeter, or near the scenic Cornish coast are available. We are open to discussing options and offer a significant support package for relocation.

As Registered Manager, you will have full autonomy in managing your home, with access to the group’s resources and infrastructure, ensuring residents and staff receive exceptional support that exceeds regulatory standards and positively impacts the community.

Success in this role is rewarded with service quality bonuses up to £10,000 and profit share bonuses up to 100% of your salary, along with a comprehensive employee benefits package.

Person Specification:
  • Essential: Recent experience as a Registered Manager with positive inspection results (ratings “Good” or above)
  • Essential: Managing care homes with 40+ beds
  • Essential: Managing homes with at least 50% private occupancy
  • Essential: Practical knowledge of elderly and dementia care
