Job summary

Area Camden is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new solo children’s home in London. You will have 2-3 years of management experience and a strong background in supporting young people aged 9-17 with complex needs.

Base salary £52,000 with up to £58,600 including bonuses. The role offers a comprehensive support network, opportunities for professional development and a strong Ofsted-positive track record.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a children's home or similar setting.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge including relevant UK legislation.
• Proven ability to lead with confidence and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, safe care for children and young people in a solo home.
• Hold accountability for safeguarding and welfare of the child.
• Lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff and manage rotas.
• Collaborate with external professionals and multi-agency partners.
