Registered Manager - Adult Nursing Care. Near Plymouth, Devon. Full-Time | Permanent. Salary: £56,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 40-bed nursing service supporting adults with complex needs, including mental health conditions, dementia, stroke, and progressive neurological disorders. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, providing strong leadership, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. You will play a key role in driving positive outcomes for residents while maintaining the service\'s excellent reputation within the local community.
