Job description

Job Title: Registered Manager (Ofsted / Children’s Home)
Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum (DOE & qualifications)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, with weekend and ‘on call’ duties)
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Looked-after children aged 8-18
Home: Brand-new residential home
Qualifications Required: Minimum Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent). Ideally working towards or holding Level 5 in Leadership and Management
Experience in Years: At least 2 years’ managerial experience in children’s homes
Employment Type: Permanent
