Social Worker - Adults Multi-Disciplinary Team

Sanctuary Personnel has a new permanent position available for a Registered Manager to work full time for Park House Care UK, based in Martinstown, Dorchester. The salary for this Registered Manager job is up to £45,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the daily operations of the home in line with CQC regulations and standards.
  • Ensuring delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all residents.
  • Developing, reviewing, and overseeing individualised care plans.
  • Supporting and supervising staff, encouraging ongoing training and professional growth.
  • Managing occupancy levels and overseeing budget performance.
  • Liaising effectively with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
  • Ensuring robust medication management and health & safety protocols.
  • Handling recruitment, inductions, appraisals, and team development.
  • Fostering a positive culture within the home, promoting dignity, respect, and choice.

Requirements of this Registered Manager:
