Daytime Healthcare is assisting a leading children's care home in Northampton to find a Registered Manager.

You will be joining a new home for children and young people aged 8-18 years with emotional and behavioural difficulties. We are seeking a manager passionate about achieving the best outcomes for our young people.

If successful, you will be involved in recruiting a new staff team and will be responsible for leading and motivating a team supporting vulnerable children and young people.

No two days are the same; while some days may be challenging, they will always be positive and rewarding.

Requirements

• Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare AND Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• At least 2 years supervisory experience within an Ofsted-registered Children’s Home
• Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and legislation
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
• Energetic and strong leadership skills
• Computer literacy
• Organized with the ability to multitask

Driving license is preferred.
