Are you an experienced Registered Manager who wants to focus more on people than paperwork? Join our dedicated residential service for adults with complex needs, where you'll be supported by expert in-house teams-including HR, Finance, and Therapeutic specialists (Clinical Psychologist, Assistant Psychologists, PBM Trainer).

We're looking for a compassionate leader with:

3+ years' experience as a Registered Manager

Strong background in complex needs support

Proven team management and development skills

Great knowledge of CQC standards

A person-centred, adaptable, and proactive mindset
