Registered Care Manager - Home Instead Monmouth

Location: Monmouth

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Home Instead Monmouth is seeking an ambitious, driven, and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our young and rapidly growing branch. Currently delivering 400-500 hours of care per month, we are ready to scale — and we are looking for the right person to take us there. This is a rare chance to make a real difference. As our Registered Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of the service, developing the business, and embedding Home Instead\'s reputation for high-quality, person-centred care throughout the local community.

The Role

As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CQC requirements
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting the care team to deliver exceptional care
  • Driving business development, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing care hours
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families, and the wider community
  • Promoting Home Instead\'s values and brand locally with professionalism and integrity
