Job summary

Foster Care Associates (The FCA) is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a fostering region. You will be accountable for operational, regulatory and financial performance, and you will work closely with foster parents, local authorities and other agencies to deliver excellent outcomes for looked-after children.

You should be ready to travel regularly across the South West, maintain inspection readiness, and uphold FCA values. A full driving licence is required for this senior regional role.

Set up by a foster parent and social worker in 1994, Foster Care Associates (FCA) is an established fostering agency which forms part of the Polaris Community, one of the UK's largest children's services providers.

The business was born out of an enthusiasm for delivering fostering services to make a positive difference to the lives of looked-after children. Our first office was in the Worcestershire countryside, and that's still where our head office is today.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to join>

As Registered Manager, you will be accountable for the operational, regulatory and financial performance of the region and you will develop and maintain effective relationships with foster parents, local authorities and other relevant agencies.

You should set exemplary standards of behaviour and performance, promoting the vision and values of Foster Care Associates, and work collaboratively with respect and integrity. You will also ensure the region is inspection-ready at all times and can achieve the highest possible outcome from inspection. You will have a full driving licence and be confident travelling regularly across the region and surrounding areas.
