Registered Manager - Family Assessment Centre - GBP50,000+

NonStop Care has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager within Children's residential or family assessment to join an established family assessment centre based in Cambridge. This is a great chance for an experienced manager to explore new opportunities.

Responsibilities of this position include:
  1. Manage staffing, resourcing, and budget requirements to ensure children and families have a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where they can grow and develop.
  2. Develop a team of capable workers, ensuring their ongoing professional development and service improvement.
  3. Oversee a staffing team including a deputy manager, social workers, independent social workers, and support workers.
